ILR School
Advancing the world of work
Already the premier institution of its kind, the ILR School seeks to become the world's leading college of the applied social sciences focused on the workplace, employment, and labor policy and practice. Its faculty comprise the world's largest concentration of scholars in workplace issues and studies. Its student body is diverse, talented, and grounded in real-world applications. ILR's vision can be achieved by increasing the diversity of its undergraduate and graduate students, hiring faculty with international expertise in the world of work, and providing more opportunities for students and faculty to travel overseas and conduct research.
