Shoals Marine Laboratory
Focused on providing undergraduate students with educational and research experiences in marine science, the Shoals Marine Laboratory is a seasonal field station six miles from the Maine and New Hampshire border. There, exceptional faculty from institutions throughout North America, including Cornell, teach and mentor students. Shoals Marine Laboratory is undertaking three initatives to ensure the strongest possible future: scholarships and internships, sustainability, and purchasing Appledore Island.
